Starting back in 1996, K+V Van Alphen is a flexible, modern and service oriented business in document-, data-, and OCR solutions that develops,delivers and implements software applications. Our office is based in the centre of Rotterdam, from where we operate with a group of about 30 professionals. The modules from the DONAU Suite software applications offer workflow and document management solutions. DONAU is fully web based. In case of purchase invoice processing, customers choose K+V Van Alphen's solution DONAU Factuur, because - bearing in mind a change in back office application every 5 to 6 years - the workflow processes and digital archive remain unchanged. K+V Van Alphen offers more than 25 interfaces with back office applications like AccountView, AFAS Profit ERP, Exact and MS Dynamics NAV for example. DONAU applications are standard software packages that have been developed in house: although standard software applications; implementations are always customer specific.

 

DIGIDATA Suite is K+V Van Alphen’s collection of state of the art software solutions for intelligent capturing data from scanned documents. K+V Van Alphen developed a great amount of knowledge and experience in the years passed and processed this in DIGIDATA OCR applications. DIGIDATA recognizes information on documents which leads to cutting off data entry activities or at least significantly reduce them. Through a combination of sophisticated techniques, DIGIDATA enables customers to realize an extremely high percentage of recognition and thereby efficiency. DIGIDATA combines different techniques en is able to combine template recognition with FreeForm and patterns recognition.
